Herry Prihamdani is a passionate illustrator hailing from Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Known simply as Herry, he has immersed himself in the enchanting world of children’s book illustration. Born and raised in Bandung, his love for illustration, children’s stories, and visual storytelling has been a driving force throughout his life.

Having graduated with a major in multimedia design with a focus on graphic design, Herry has honed his skills in the realm of 2D images. His proficiency in digital painting using Adobe Photoshop sets the stage for his professional artistry. With a heart full of love for animals and an undeniable obsession with them, particularly cats and dinosaurs, Herry’s illustrations are often infused with this passion for the animal kingdom.

Herry’s artistic journey is deeply influenced by childhood stories, memories with family, friendship tales, adventure stories, and fantastical fairy tales. This amalgamation of influences fuels his desire to create captivating children’s picture books. His ultimate goal is to share beautifully illustrated stories with young readers worldwide, aiming to bring smiles to the faces of children as they delve into his creations.

Currently, Herry dedicates his time to illustration work for a diverse range of clients, including local publishers, small publishing houses, and self-publishers on a global scale.
